By accessing and using the Cutly mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Cutly is a platform that connects users with professional stylists. We facilitate bookings but are not the service provider. Stylists are independent professionals responsible for the quality of their services.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Payments

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to stylist availability
• You must arrive on time for your appointment
• Late cancellations my incur fees
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Payments

• Payments are processed through our secure payment system
• Prices are set by individual stylists
• You agree to pay all charges for services booked
• Additional fees may apply for premium services

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass or abuse stylists or other users
• Post false or misleading reviews
• Attempt to circumvent the platform for direct bookings
• Use the service for any unauthorized purpose

7. Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences
• No offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies
• Reviews are permanent and cannot be edited after 48 hours

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Cutly acts as a platform only. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by stylists. Stylists are independent contractors. Use our services at your own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
