Terms & Conditions for Stylists

1. Partnership Agreement

By registering as a stylist on Cutly, you enter into a partnership agreement with us. You remain an independent contractor and are not an employee of Cutly.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess valid professional licenses and certifications
• Have professional liability insurance
• Comply with all local health and safety regulations
• Maintain professional standards of conduct

3. Profile and Services

• You are responsible for accuracy of profile information
• You must keep availability calendar up to date
• You set your own pricing for services
• Service descriptions must be accurate and complete
• Professional photos must represent your actual work

4. Bookings and Appointments

Accepting Bookings

• You must honor all accepted bookings
• Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
• Provide services at the agreed time and location
• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice

Service Quality

• Provide services professionally and competently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Use quality products and equipment
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy

5. Payments and Fees

• Cutly charges a service fee on each booking (percentage to be agreed)
• Payments are processed within 3-5 business days after service completion
• You are responsible for applicable taxes
• Refunds to customers will be deducted from your payments
• Payment disputes are subject to our review process

6. Reviews and Ratings

• Customers may leave reviews and ratings
• Reviews are public and cannot be removed unless they violate policies
• Consistently low ratings may result in account suspension
• You may not offer incentives for positive reviews

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent the platform for direct bookings
• Misrepresent your qualifications or services
• Engage in discriminatory practices
• Share customer information without consent
• Use the platform for any illegal activities

8. Liability and Insurance

As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for your services. You must maintain adequate professional liability insurance and indemnify Cutly against claims arising from your services.

9. Term and Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
• Outstanding payments will be settled upon termination
• Certain provisions survive termination
